E-commerce Store Manager
Department: E-commerce & Digital Growth
Location: Egypt

Role Overview: Lead the day-to-day performance and growth of EMC Mart's Shopify store, ensuring a high-converting, customer-focused, and commercially effective online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Shopify store operations, merchandising, collections, navigation, product content, promotions, and customer journey.
- Monitor revenue, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, product performance, and other e-commerce KPIs.
- Improve product pages, search, merchandising, promotions, and landing pages to increase conversion and revenue.
- Coordinate with marketing, inventory, warehouse, customer service, and B2B teams.
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing, availability, and promotional content.
- Use analytics and testing to identify issues and drive measurable growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven e-commerce management experience, preferably Shopify.
- Strong understanding of merchandising, conversion optimization, and digital marketing.
- Comfortable with analytics, sales reports, product catalogs, and KPIs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Healthcare, medical supplies, retail, or B2B e-commerce experience is an advantage.

Performance Marketing Specialist
Department: Marketing & Growth

Role Overview: Own the day-to-day execution and optimization of EMC Mart's performance marketing across Google, Meta, Performance Max, retargeting, and related paid channels, with a clear focus on profitable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Max, Shopping, and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, spend, revenue, and campaign-level performance.
- Build testing plans for audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Work with the E-commerce Store Manager to improve landing pages, product merchandising, and conversion.
- Identify wasted spend and growth opportunities and translate data into actions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, especially Google and Meta.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, conversion funnels, attribution, and paid acquisition.
- Analytical and commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with e-commerce, Shopify, healthcare, medical supplies, or retail is an advantage.

Customer Service & Online Sales Agent

Role Overview: Turn customer inquiries into satisfied customers and sales by providing fast, accurate, professional support across WhatsApp, phone, website inquiries, and order follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across online and phone channels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable healthcare and home-care products.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, pending orders, and abandoned opportunities.
- Confirm orders and coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products while maintaining excellent service.
- Record customer interactions and help improve FAQs and sales scripts.
Qualifications:
- Customer service, telesales, inside sales, or e-commerce experience preferred.
- Excellent Arabic communication and good English communication.
- Strong communication, listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone, online systems, and basic computer tools.
- Healthcare or medical-supplies experience is an advantage.
