2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received or, for COD orders, upon delivery confirmation.
  • We accept cash on delivery (COD) across Egypt.
  • EMC Mart reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Egypt only.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. EMC Mart is not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • EMC Mart reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

6. Intellectual Property All content on emcmart.com, including images, logos, and text, is the property of EMC Mart and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability EMC Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
